Access to all 3 Solaris Resorts. Good Staff. Amazing Room with the Ocean View Contrary to reviews on the Air Conditioning in the room, the room my Family and I got was amazing.

My stay here was amazing. We travelled as a large family group. The resort is by the beach. The price of the room covers your stay plus breakfast, lunch , dinner, snacks and any drinks you take. The only thing not covered is a visit to the spa and extra activities like jet ski or parasailing. The food was great, drinks were awesome, everything was in abundance. There were a variety of restaurants to choose from but my personal favourite is La Fuentes. The staff were polite and friendly. Facilities were good. I will recommend this place over and over again.

We like the fact that guests in Royal Solaris have shared access to GR caribe's facility and restaurants. Our dinner at the Bogavante restaurant in GR caribe in one of our highlight. We're also glad that we pick Royal Solaris over GR caribe. As a family, Royal Solaris is more kid-friendly than GR caribe (for example the spa pool in GR caribe is adult only). Enjoyed my morning run to the near by Playa Delfines. But the location is far from downtown Cancun.

Excellent stay for a family vacation. Really warm and welcoming staff, huge pools, direct beach access and multiple nice dining options (shared with the hotel next door). Perfect for families with small kids, as they have a kids club and mini water park with slides.

Great location on a beautiful beach . Good buffet and excellent al la carte restaurants. Friendly helpful staff and good poolside and nightly entertainment. Great pizza and sushi available all day by pool .

Breakfast and dinner buffets were wonderful. They had a lot of the same dishes but some different varieties each day. The restaurants were fabulous. Some of the dress codes didn’t make sense but the service and food were amazing. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, maintained, the beds comfy, the fridge stocked every day, the view was incredible, the pool was spectacular, the entertainment was great. There was something for all ages. You definitely don’t get bored. The nightly shows were so much fun and the dancers were very professional. Loved that they had Corona and Modelo as their house beer. All around, it was a great experience for the proce you pay. I highly recommend it. Staff was so professional and nice and very helpful.

We enjoyed the property and the staff. it vas overall good value for the price. The food was decent, employees friendly, nice amenities. we really enjoyed entertainment team doing aqua aerobics, Zumba, yoga and the shows at night.

The room was big and comfortable with a wonderful view to the lake. I liked the beautiful pools, bar and restaurant right beside the beach. pizzeria and sushi bar and buffet fast food beside the pools offered better foods than the buffet restaurant. You could ask for any number of beach towels and they were giving you with no questions. kids pool and mini club was great. they had some fun programs during the day for the kids. the entertainment group were trying their best to make the trip fun for everyone. there were games and dances during the day and a great show every night.

The staff is really hardworking and helpful with very rare exceptions. The pools and the beach are great. The restaurant (breakfast and dinner) is amazing with lots of food options, never waiting too long for drinks at the bars. Great value for the airport shuttle. Good location if you're coming from the airport.
