Compact hotel. You can reach everything within a few minutes walk. Stroller appropriate. Could reach all facilities with a stroller. Just a bit longer walk sometimes. Many pools that connect. Bar in the pool. Separatly is kids area and kids pool with shade and some slides. Food comes with a great variety. Make sure to ask on the front desk how to book restaurants on the app. Marko Pollo has very delicious meals and desserts. Stuff is very nice and accommodating (but we tipped as well) Theater performance are running everyday and they were very fun and entertaining

We had wonderful time at this resort, loved the pool side snack bars n pizza place.resprt had organized so many entertainment programs and activities throughout the day, we spent all day at pool side...so many options to eat in different restaurants...Armando at Veneto, Ivan at Marco Polo and other staff made sure we get to eat the best of vegetarian options they had..Linda from Pizzatalisma was really good with her pizzas... evening programs to keep guests busy.definitely recommended. Note: Make sure you ask price for shuttle transportation from airport to n fro to resort, beforehand...they didn't inform us prior and added the cost while check out .

The food option was very wide and there was always always food available for consumption I was very impressed and satisfied with this . The availability for drinks was the same . The affiliated restaurants was very good . Excellent facilities hospitality.

Great location of the property. I loved that we had access to both Royal Solaris and Grand Solaris properties. The activities throughout the day were great. The lagoon was fun to use, golfing, the pools, jacuzzis. The beach was beautiful, although the wind and big waves prevented us from going in the water a few days. Overall, it’s well worth the value and I’m a good/safe location

My stay here was amazing. We travelled as a large family group. The resort is by the beach. The price of the room covers your stay plus breakfast, lunch , dinner, snacks and any drinks you take. The only thing not covered is a visit to the spa and extra activities like jet ski or parasailing. The food was great, drinks were awesome, everything was in abundance. There were a variety of restaurants to choose from but my personal favourite is La Fuentes. The staff were polite and friendly. Facilities were good. I will recommend this place over and over again.
